If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your pillow in like new condition within 120-nights from the date of purchase for a full refund, no strings attached. We will even pay for the shipping. We recommend that you sleep on the pillow for at least two weeks to give your body time to adjust to getting proper support. We encourage you to make adjustments to the fill to fit it to your body as we intentionally over stuff our pillows so that each customer can customize the pillow to their needs. If you still want to return it, just let us know why it didn’t meet your expectations and we will send you a prepaid postage return label.

How to Start a Return Under the Guarantee.

To initiate a return under this guarantee, email us at: guarantee@wakewelltoday.com with your original order number, first and last name, and let us know why the pillow didn’t meet your expectations. Once we receive your email, we will send you a postage paid return label within seven business days. After we receive your pillow in like new condition (be sure to include any fill that was removed for adjustment), we will process your refund. We donate all returned pillows to those in need and require they be in usable condition to be able to do so.
